At Java Nation, we want you to love every cup. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • A $5.00 flat-rate return shipping fee applies to all eligible returns.

  • We do not charge restocking fees.

⚠️ Final Sale Items

  • We do not offer returns or refunds on final sale items.

❗ Exceptions

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, whole bean coffee is not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us at roasters@javanation.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
