At Java Nation, we’re committed to getting freshly roasted coffee to your door as quickly and reliably as possible.

📦 Processing Times

All orders are roasted to order and typically ship within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the continental United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

• Expedited Shipping options available at checkout

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 (before taxes and after discounts).

🌍 Local Delivery / Pickup (if applicable)

Local delivery or in-store pickup may be available at select Java Nation locations. Options will appear at checkout if you're within the eligible delivery radius.

📬 Delivery Issues

Java Nation is not responsible for shipping delays once the package leaves our facility. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate—unclaimed, refused, or incorrectly addressed orders may be subject to additional shipping fees.

If your order arrives damaged or is missing, contact us within 7 days at roasters@javanation.com and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
