A bright, aromatic blend built from two very different corners of the coffee world. From Sumatra comes the Gayo highlands of Aceh, where 951 smallholder farmers around Takengon and Bener Meriah grow Tim-tim and Borbor between 1,200 and 1,300 masl. Fully washed at the Orro Coffee facility, it's a cleaner, brighter expression of Sumatra than most people expect, and it gives the blend its body and a deep black cherry note. From Ethiopia comes washed heirloom coffee, delicate and almost tea-like, adding the jasmine florals and bright lemon that lift the whole cup, with a gentle whisper of anise on the finish. Together they make exactly what the name promises.
It works with any brewing method, though we especially love it as a drip coffee, grind size #10.
