From the volcanic soils of Costa Rica's Central Valley, blending Catuaí, Bourbon and a touch of Gesha, processed with natural and honey methods for extra sweetness and body. Bright and full of berry, with grape and blackberry lifted by a floral hibiscus note and a rounding touch of hazelnut.
It works with any brewing method, though we especially love it as a pour over, grind size #11.
