Our house espresso and everyone's favorite. Brazilian Mundo Novo brings body and chocolate, while Costa Rican Catuaí adds brightness. It's a smooth, comforting cup of dark chocolate, caramel and toasted nuts, rounded off with a hint of blackberry, and it plays beautifully with milk.
It works with any brewing method, though we especially love it as espresso, grind size #4.
