A bright, elegant light roast from the Santa Teresa district of La Convención, high in Peru's Cusco region at 1,820 masl. This lot pairs classic Yellow Bourbon with a share of prized Gesha, and you can taste it. Delicate and aromatic, it opens with the sweetness of cane sugar and vibrant passion fruit, then lifts into lemongrass and a floral note of jasmine. Complex, refined and a little exotic, it's a coffee to slow down and brew with care.
It works with any brewing method, though we especially love it as a pour over.
